Proof of purchase is required.
Opened, installed, damaged, or used flooring is not eligible for return.

All decking sales are final.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds on any decking products.
Roofing

Clearance/Sale Products
All clearance merchandise is sold AS-IS and is FINAL SALE.
No returns, exchanges, refunds, or price adjustments.
This includes clearance flooring, decking, roofing, and all other clearance items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect all merchandise upon pickup or delivery. Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.
SupplyBird reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving a return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at SupplyBird’s discretion.
